What You'll Do

• Lead projects from groundbreaking through completion with full field oversight
• Work directly with ownership to establish best practices and operational standards
• Build, mentor, and develop your own field team as the company continues to grow
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and daily field operations
• Become a key leader within the organization with significant room for advancement
