We’re looking for a
Project Estimator
to oversee petroleum construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and regulatory requirements while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

• Manage petroleum projects including AST/UST systems, generator fuel systems, day tanks, and fuel piping
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and permitting agencies
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for petroleum projects including:
  • Above ground and underground fuel tank installations and removals
  • Generator fueling systems and day tanks
  • Fuel piping, pumps, filtration systems, and remote fills
  • Monthly compliance inspections, maintenance, and diesel fuel polishing
• Review drawings, specifications, site conditions, and scope documents to develop accurate estimates
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
• Conduct site visits and lead progress meetings
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders
• Resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget

• 3+ years of project management experience in petroleum, construction, or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of fuel systems and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with government or healthcare facilities preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office

• Exposure to high profile critical infrastructure projects
