The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will work closely with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow into a full Project Manager positio

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and communication with all stakeholde
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minut
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of project mileston
• Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with contract documents and safety standar
• Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and invoice approva
• Conduct site visits and assist with punch lists and project closeout activiti
