Construction project superintendent

Structure Tech Corporation is seeking experienced superintendent / working foreman. Must have at least 3 years field experience working for a General Contractor on commercial construction projects (Healthcare, AHCA experience preferred). Candidate must possess good communication skills and leadership abilities to run daily construction activities and documentation. Applicants must have a comprehensive understanding of commercial construction means and methods. Salary TBD during interview.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to work weekends, must be able to work without work schedule limitations as required by project needs. ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Hands on Working Foreman/Superintendent, must be able to do light Interior Demolition, Drywall/ Framing and General Construction work when needed
• Managing and coordinating schedules and subcontractors from inception to close out
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, architects/engineers, and subs
• Reviewing requisitions and invoices
• Quality control of the work product
• Scheduling the sub-contractors work, inspections and deliveries
• Supervising other company employees
• handling day to day questions on plans and construction
• Initiate communication R.F.I.'s, reports
• Maintaining daily logs, inspection logs and engineering logs
• Producing & maintaining as built records
• Must have own vehicle and clean driving record
• Must be able to read plans

• Computer efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & Microsoft Project Schedule
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in Construction Management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
