Description Manage large commercialconstructionprojects around $30-80M Leadprojectplanning,budgeting,scheduling,andprocurementactivities. Coordinatewithsuperintendents,subcontractors,consultants,andowners. Monitorprojectcosts,change orders,RFIs,submittals,andcontractadministration. Ensurecompliancewithsafetystandards,quality requirements,andprojectspecifications. Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationshipsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle. Provideregularprojectupdatesandfinancialreportingtoseniorleadership. Driveprojectperformancetoachieveprofitabilityandclientsatisfactiongoals. Profile Bachelor's degreein

Project

Managementexperienceincommercialconstruction. Provenexperiencemanagingeducation,healthcare,and/ortilt-wallconstructionprojects. Strongknowledgeofconstructioncontracts,scheduling,budgeting,andprojectcontrols. Proficiency with Procore,Bluebeam,Microsoft Project,orsimilarconstructionmanagementsoftware.
