Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Specialist with strong Coax and Fiber construction experience to oversee field quality, conduct construction audits, and ensure network work meets required standards.

• Perform 80% field-based construction audits of Coax and Fiber networks.
• Inspect nodes, amplifiers, power supplies, fiber taps, enclosures, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor construction quality and verify completion of rework and corrective actions.
• Read and interpret design prints, maps, and construction documents
  .
• Update JT/Polaris documentation and complete audit reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, network technicians, and internal teams to resolve construction issues.
• Use Microsoft Office, Teams, and Smartsheet for daily documentation and project tracking.
• Travel to various job sites as required; overnight stays may be necessary.

• Coax and Fiber construction experience required.
• Network Maintenance Technician experience is a plus.
• Ability to read design prints and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Smartsheet.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently in a field-focused role.
