Responsibilities- Using technology to update project schedules, provide daily logs to clients and process purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
- Review scope of work and estimating to generate a project schedule
- Notify trade partners of project schedule forecast and update regularly as project progresses
- Review trade/vendor invoicing prior to payment submission and check for accuracy
- Write any change orders needed for variance from original scope of work/contract
- Supervise the work of field crews and give them guidance when needed
- Conduct regular project progress meetings with client and operations manager
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
- Acquire equipment and material
- Review job tracking on a regular basis and analyze any deficiencies
- Create list of project materials to be ordered
- Schedule inspections, as needed
- Visit job sites and manage project foremen/crews

PAY: $55,000 - $80,000 per year
RequirementsABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Prior project management/estimating experience in the commercial construction industry preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize time and project needs
- Ability to interface well with work crews
- Proficient in technology-based applications
- Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals/deadlines
