Scheduler, Construction

• Develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project phasing
• Update project and program schedules
• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks
• Review and analyze contractors' baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
• Prepare schedule reports for management

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen

Demonstrates expertise in project scheduling and controls, particularly using Primavera P6, with a strong focus on critical path analysis, cost management, and risk identification in large construction projects.
