Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to project completion. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and communication across various stakeholders. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and the highest standards of quality.

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for projects, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
• Solve problems and resolve issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project partners.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, local building codes, and quality standards.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, multi-family, hospitality, or aviation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction project management, including contracts, timelines, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• Florida Construction Manager License (preferred, or willing to obtain).
