As part of a dynamic team of global Archivists and Heritage Curators, the Bacardi Assistant Archivist will be responsible for all elements of the day-to-day management of The Bacardi Archives collection, including appraisal, organization, cataloguing, digitization, storage, and preservation. The Assistant Archivist will be immersed in our company story and will play a vital role in shaping the collection’s development and sharing the 160-year history of Bacardi and the BACARDÍ rum brand.

The Bacardi Archives, located in Coral Gables, include over 160 years of history with more than 20,000 items such as paper and digital records, advertisements, photographs, rum bottles, fine art, promotional items, and the world’s largest private cocktail book collection.

This role requires impeccable organization and communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work autonomously. You should be skilled in developing catalogues and systems for easy access to vital records, connecting the past with the present to reinforce the authenticity of our brands.
