Creative Coordinator, Así Studios

As the Creative Coordinator at Así Studios, you will be an essential part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our creative services department. You will work closely with creative professionals, production, operations and other stakeholders to coordinate projects, manage resources, and maintain schedules. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in the success of our creative initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Production or a related field
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in project/production coordinator experience in creative/advertising environment
• Strong note taking skills and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Understands the sales/creative project management process and ensures timelines are met
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of design, creative and production processes
• Proficiency in project management software, Airtable, Frame.
  
  IO, Sharepoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace and Keynote
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Tackle new and unexpected tasks with a willingness to learn

• Willing to work from our New York or Miami offices, and travel as needed for productions
• Employment/education will be verified
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Base pay Range: $50,000 to $63,000 + benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
