** ABOUT

THE ROLE &TEAM:
** Televisa Univision seeking a highly organized and proactive
** Production Coordinator
** to oversee and support the planning, scheduling, and execution of production operations. This role acts as a key liaison between departments, ensuring timelines, resources, and communication stay on track throughout the production process.
** YOUR DAY-DAY:
*** Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and deliverables
* Serve as a central point of communication between production teams and vendors
* Track production expenses
* Prepare and maintain production reports, call sheets, and documentation
* Assist with logistics, including staffing, equipment, and materials
* Monitor production progress and flag potential issues proactively
* Support with administrative and operational tasks
** YOU HAVE:
*** 2+ years of experience in a production or coordination role preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and production software
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift and move equipment (50lbs)
* Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documents)
* Collaborative, deadline-driven work environment
* May require extended hours, evenings, or weekends during peak production periods.
* Unrestricted USA work authotization
