Join a team of creatives and support the development of digital multi-channel campaign work for a highly respected, well-known financial industry client. You will identify real human truths and find interesting ways for brands to bring them to life. You will interpret feedback and master the craft of details, writing with a clear tone of voice aligned to brand goals. With the leadership of our Creative Director you will be entrusted to brainstorm, concept, develop creative decks, pitch and present ideas/work associated with the deliverables connected to the creative brief.
Responsibilities- As Senior Copywriter you will:
- Support larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
- Complete research projects and other day-to-day requests
- Assist in asset creation and deliver work he or she is proud of
- Have a strong strategic sense and concept against a creative brief
- Stay current on latest industry trends
- Pay attention to the details: i.e., grammar
- Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
- Lean into the production of an idea to see it through to completion
- Participate and help plan community-building events
- Be receptive to constructive criticism
- Be proactive in finding ways to support the creative team
- Find moments to mentor junior copywriters
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/Portfolio school
- 5 – 7 years writing for an advertising or marketing agency
- Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual brand work
- Creative writing pieces; real and spec
- Strong awareness and understanding of the social/digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive ideas/experiences
- Capable of big ideas, while still being keen to creative details and eager to take on new responsibilities

Compensation Range: $50hr - $60hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
