Overview

Talento has partnered with a luxury brand on a search for a graphics designer and content creator. This individual plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual language of the brand. This position is designed for a creative who understands that design is not decoration, but storytelling — a tool for expressing mood, identity, and desire through every visual touchpoint. Working closely with Marketing and Creative, this role translates brand vision into refined, high-impact visual assets across digital, social, and print platforms.

From campaign narratives to day-to-day content, the Graphic & Digital Content Creator helps define how the brand is experienced, remembered, and admired.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and copy teams to develop visually compelling design solutions aligned with brand strategy.
  • Contribute to creative ideation for campaigns, launches, and seasonal storytelling.
  • Design and produce premium visual assets across digital and print channels, including: social media content, email and newsletter designs, website visuals and landing pages, presentations, brochures, catalogs, line sheets, infographics and campaign materials.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines while continuously elevating visual expression.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints while adapting designs for different platforms and formats.
  • Stay current on design, fashion, and digital trends to inform and evolve the brand’s aesthetic.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in graphic, digital, or web design, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
    Canva experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience producing both digital and print marketing assets.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a refined eye for composition and consistency.
  • Ability to translate conceptual direction into elevated visual execution.
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident, collaborative communicator within cross-functional creative teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, in-house creative environment is preferred.
  • A polished portfolio showcasing strong creative range and technical skill.
