We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist – Creative & Web who’s equal parts visual designer and digital builder. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand across web, print, and digital channels, combining creative strategy with hands-on execution. - Apply HTML/CSS skills for responsive updates and user experience refinements
- Collaborate closely with dev and marketing teams for seamless execution
- Edit short-form videos with transitions, overlays, and animation
- Create motion graphics and animated content when needed
- Turn creative briefs into standout visuals and concepts
- Proactively recommend improvements, new formats, and technologies
- Drive creative innovation and ensure production efficiency
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing design or creative web roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean design, visual range, and web work
- Experience in B2B marketing environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Word Press and Hub Spot CMS
- Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and responsive design understanding
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Great communication and project management skills
- Fast-paced, self-driven, and high attention to detail
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Word Press theme customization
- Experience with Figma or prototyping tools
- Motion design (After Effects, Lottie)
- SEO basics and accessibility best practices
