studiotwentyseven is seeking a graphic design manager to play a critical role in shaping how our collections, artists, and designers are presented across all channels as we continue to grow globally. As the graphic design manager, you will lead the visual language and execution of studiotwentyseven across all platforms. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the creative director and founder to translate the brand vision into materials used across the website, online shop, exhibitions, social media, sales team and other initiatives.
This is not a traditional support role. The graphic design manager will own accuracy, consistency, and execution across all product and visual materials, acting as a key partner to sales, operations, and leadership. The right candidate is both detail driven and forward thinking, with the confidence to take ownership and improve workflows at scale.
- lead and manage the graphic design team, overseeing projects from concept to completion
- develop and maintain all product and brand visual assets, including presentations, product sheets, digital materials, and print colateral
- ensure accuracy and consistency across all creative materials
- collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to support business needs
- maintain and improve design systems and templates
- oversee website visuals and digital content updates
- design creative assets for exhibitions, campaigns, social media, email, and marketing initiatives
- manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
- support overall brand consistency across global galleries
- 7 plus years of professional graphic design experience, with prior leadership experience preferred
- strong portfolio demonstrating brand and visual execution
- proficiency in adobe creative suite including illustrator, photoshop, indesign, and after effects
- strong organizational and communication skills
- autocad, video editing and basic html knowledge are a plus
- detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- interest in design, art, and collectible objects preferred

- you have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing polished work
- you are organized, proactive, and solution oriented
- you communicate clearly and confidently
- you stay current with design trends and emerging tools
this is a full-time position based on-site/in the miami gallery. To qualify for the role you will need to be currently located near the gallery.
