Senior Creative Lead

This is a contract hybrid role based in Miami, FL. The Senior Creative Lead will oversee the development of creative strategies and execution of branding initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing creative ideas, managing projects from concept to execution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment with client goals. The role also involves mentoring creative teams and maintaining high-quality standards in design, writing, and overall brand storytelling.

• Strong creativity skills and expertise in developing innovative concepts for branding and marketing
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience in creative strategy and branding, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns
• Advanced writing skills, including the development of compelling narratives and brand messaging
• Proficiency in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to meet deadlines and achieve client objectives
• Experience in healthcare branding is a plus
• 7-10+ years of experience in creative role, ideally within an agency environment
