Event Coordinator, Creative Arts​/Media

Rose Gold Collective offers global event services, including decor, production, brand activation, logistics, team building, and experiential programs. This is a full‑time, work remote role for a Event Coordinator who must be located in Miami, FL. The coordinator will assist the creative team in designing engaging event experiences. Responsibilities include supporting project planning, contributing to the development of experiential concepts, collaborating with clients and team members, and managing event logistics. Additional duties include researching trends to enhance event strategies and ensuring high‑quality execution of event deliverables.

Pulling vendor quotes and managing parts of the overall budget.

• Skills in Event Design, Experience Design, and Creative Problem‑Solving, project management
• Ability to assist with Planning, Project Coordination, and Logistics Management
• Familiarity with Brand Storytelling, Experiential Marketing, and Audience Engagement Strategies
• Proficiency in office and software such as asana and sharepoint
• Strong Communication, Time Management, and Team Collaboration abilities
• A bachelor’s degree ideally in marketing, hospitality or Event design
• Previous experience in events or marketing is mandtory and only considerations will inckude corporate and brand activations not social.
