Your

Purpose:

As the Manager, Design & Creative you will lead the execution of Brightline’s visual identity across all touchpoints. This is a hands‑on design role first and foremost, responsible for producing high‑quality creative while also supporting and guiding design direction within the team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Management & Creative Development, this role helps uphold design excellence across the brand while contributing to broader marketing and business objectives.

The scope of work is broad and execution‑focused, spanning promotional campaigns, e‑commerce, digital signage and way finding, email marketing, pitch decks, social media, print advertising, menus, event invitations, digital experiences, and web and mobile ad creative. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure all deliverables are visually strong, on‑brand, and thoughtfully designed to support strategic goals and measurable results.

We are looking for a highly skilled designer with 8+ years of experience and a strong conceptual mindset, where the majority of your time will be spent actively designing and producing work—not just directing it. You have a natural curiosity and actively seek inspiration from a wide range of sources, always pushing yourself to explore new ideas and approaches. Your passion for design shows up in the work—creating thoughtful, impactful visuals that connect with audiences.

You view design as a craft and are committed to continually honing your skills, embracing challenges, and pushing creative boundaries. You value collaboration, welcome feedback, and bring a positive, team‑first attitude to every project.

You’re also a people leader, responsible for mentoring and guiding a Multimedia & Motion Graphics Designer. You partner closely with the Content & Copy team to ideate, develop, and launch integrated campaigns and initiatives.

You love working for brands you believe in, where the work feels purposeful and meaningful. If this sounds like you, this could be a great fit.

Your Role:
  • Design Execution:
    • Design and produce brand, co‑branded, and partner creative assets across a wide range of channels, including digital, social, web, out‑of‑home, print, and environmental applications.
    • Ensure creative consistency and adherence to brand standards across all deliverables.
    • Partner with production teams and external vendors to deliver production‑ready assets, managing the process from quoting and file preparation through proofing and final delivery.
    • Maintain a high bar for craft, accuracy, and execution, ensuring all work meets quality, performance, and timeline expectations.
  • Concept Development:
    • Participate in projects across all phases of the creative process, including strategic planning, brainstorming, concept development, execution, and final delivery.
    • Collaborate closely with the in‑house Brand & Creative team, Marketing partners, business stakeholders, and external vendors to align creative solutions with business objectives.
    • Lead and contribute to creative ideation, translating strategic goals into compelling visual concepts.
    • Pitch and present creative concepts to cross‑functional teams, clearly articulating design rationale, creative intent, and problem‑solving approaches.
