We are seeking a Freelance TD/Director to join our team and assist in overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of projects within the organization, with a focus on broadcasting live sporting events and managing the Production Control Room. The Freelance TD Director will work closely with senior management to ensure that goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.

This is not a full time position, and individuals will be asked to support our team on a per game basis.

Ability to TD and/or Direct live sports productions.

Ability to conduct camera meetings for live sports productions and delegate specific camera roles within a live production.

Setup and test multiple switchers throughout the week in advance of the live production.

Work with producers during the week to prepare content for broadcasts.

Ability to multitask and juggle multiple productions from a pre-production standpoint simultaneously.

Work with on air talent to discuss ideas and content for broadcasts.

Work live broadcasts in a control room setting as a TD and/or director as needed.

Coordinate with internal staff and clients on sponsored elements and approvals.

Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required

2-3 years’ experience working in a live broadcast environment

Proficient in all switchers, specifically Ross Carbonite

Working knowledge in Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.

Willing and able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

An avid sports fan, specifically soccer.

Must thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
