Creative Director / Graphic Designer
We are seeking a Creative Director / Graphic Designer to drive the visual identity of our restaurant brands, ensuring cohesive and impactful branding across all touchpoints. This role blends high-level creative direction with hands‑on design work, supporting marketing, digital, and print initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, trend‑savvy, and passionate about food, hospitality, and design.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Direction & Brand Strategy:
- Develop and oversee the visual identity for all restaurant brands, ensuring consistency across menus, websites, social media, packaging, signage, and more.
- Lead the creative vision for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new restaurant openings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate brand positioning into compelling visuals and storytelling.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Design digital and print assets including menus, social media graphics, email marketing templates, advertisements, packaging, and in‑restaurant materials.
- Oversee website design and UI/UX improvements in collaboration with developers.
- Create motion graphics, video content, and other multimedia as needed.
- Marketing & Social Media Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce eye‑catching content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Design and develop branded merchandise, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Ensure alignment with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies.
- Team Leadership &
Collaboration: - Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and printers.
- Provide creative direction for photoshoots and video production.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and corporate teams.
8+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative direction (preferably in the hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle industry).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience with web design, UX/UI, and email marketing platforms (Word Press, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Direct Photography and videography content creation are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong in the graphic design side of the business is required.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
