- Adapt master campaign concepts into channel- and format-specific deliverables.
- Apply Rho’s brand system consistently across every asset that ships.
- Manage versioning, naming, and handoff inside Figma and the team’s shared file system.
- Incorporate feedback from designers, copy, and brand leads with minimal back-and-forth.
- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience.
- A portfolio with clean layout, considered type, and a consistent point of view.
- Working proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Organized file habits and an eye for production detail.
- Collaborative posture and comfort taking direction.
