About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer that has past screen printing and embroidery experience and that has basic knowledge of Excel to join our growing team.

This is a hands‑on, hybrid role that bridges creativity and operations — ideal for someone with a graphic design background who understands screen printing and embroidery artwork and wants to learn the operational side of production.

This position offers a clear path for advancement — with the potential to grow into a Production Analyst or Creative Operations role for the right candidate who’s eager to learn and take initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing Creative & Production Tasks
  • Prepare and format artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    .
  • Review and proof files for proper sizing, color separations, and embroidery digitizing (DST, EMB, PDF formats).
  • Communicate with the creative and production teams to ensure designs are accurate and ready for production.
  • Maintain organized digital folders and assist with mockups, client approvals, and new design requests.
Operations & Support Tasks
  • Track production jobs and assist with scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Help maintain logs and reports using basic Excel/Google Sheets (SUM formulas, sorting, filtering).
