The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own our digital presence across Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and beyond. As a remote member of our team, you will be the voice of pītusa—building our community, telling our ethical production story, and turning followers into lifelong fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with new collection launches, seasonal trends, and brand milestones. - Content Creation:
Produce high-energy, visually stunning content (Reels, Tik Toks, Carousels, and Stories) that captures the "pītusa aesthetic." - Community Engagement:
Manage daily interactions; respond to DMs/comments with warmth and wit to foster a loyal, inclusive community. - Influencer & Partnerships:
Identify and outreach to "pītusa girls"—influencers and creators who embody our lighthearted, global spirit—to coordinate gifted and paid collaborations. - Analytics:
Track engagement, growth, and conversion metrics to report on what’s working and pivot strategy based on data. - Brand Consistency:
Ensure all copy and visuals are 100% "on-brand"—vibrant, empowering, and effortless.
- A Storyteller:
You have 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand. - Trend-Obsessed:
You live on Tik Tok and Reels. You know the latest sounds and transitions before they go viral. - Visually Gifted:
You have a sharp eye for aesthetics and are proficient in tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express, or similar editing apps. - Autonomous:
You thrive in a remote environment. You are highly organized, meet deadlines without reminders, and communicate clearly across time zones. - Culturally Minded:
You value ethical production and diverse representation, which are core to our brand DNA.
Requirements
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts (portfolio or case studies required).
- Excellent written English with a "punchy," engaging tone.
- Experience with social scheduling tools is a plus
- Work for a female-led, globally recognized fashion brand.
- 100% remote flexibility.
