Litigation Graphics Consultant

CGS is seeking a Litigation Graphics Consultant to join our team supporting a wide-ranging customer support initiative for a large Federal agency.
Responsibilities- The Litigation Graphics Consultant designs, develops, and maintains creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedings.
- Creates timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts.
- Responsible for video editing and format conversions.
- Conducts Audio Visual system setup, support, and take down, as well as basic IT support (printers, networking, basic connectivity, etc.) relevant to case presentations.
- Ensures all evidence is presented efficiently and clearly in court proceedings.
- Assists with revision/improvement of created diagrams/figures in expert reports.
- Assists with developing opening and closing slides (approximately 100-150 in total).
- Revises/improves already created graphics (80-100 slides in total).
- Consults with client experts and third-party witnesses to develop/refine graphics (up to 50 slides).
- Works with one economic and one industry expert.
- Interprets data to create graphical representations.
- Utilizes MS Office PowerPoint 2019 and will transition to PowerPoint 365 on client desktops.
- Provides realistic estimates of time required to develop specific graphics requests.
- Meets all established deadlines.
- Provides 24/7 availability during the trial in San Jose, CA, likely requiring at least two people knowledgeable of ongoing work.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- High proficiency in graphic design, infographics, and MS PowerPoint.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint, with experience in Word Press, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver preferred.
- Ability to create, design, and modify mockups for web-based platforms.
- Must be able to provide samples of graphics previously designed independently.
- Ability to self-manage projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate willingly and effectively in a team setting.
- Be based in the Bay Area to avoid time zone issues (client trial staff is based in San Francisco, CA; trial location in San Jose, CA). Most of the work can be done remotely via phone, email, or video calls. On-site support at the trial location is not anticipated.
