Role Description

The Experience and Design Manager is responsible for leading the creation and implementation of engaging and meaningful event experiences tailored to client objectives. Key responsibilities include managing event design from concept to execution, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver creative solutions, and ensuring all experiences generate measurable outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, requiring coordination with local vendors, venues, and stakeholders while maintaining top-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in event and experience design, including creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize unique event themes and interactions.
  • Strong skills in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Experience with technology integration and analytics to deliver data-driven results and assess ROI for event programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site, client-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Background in event management, design, or hospitality is beneficial, with experience in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, or a related field preferred.
