We have 415+ You Tube videos, dozens of hours of masterminds and course content, and a weekly founder interview series. Your job is to turn that back-catalog into daily clips that stop a cold founder mid-scroll and drive them toward a call.

Section 01
What You'll Build Every DayAs a Content Clipper you own a paired Short + Mid from each constraint call you cover — 4 unique pieces of content per day. Two clippers split the daily constraint output; trial reels are handled by a separate trial-clipper tier.
Type 1
Constraint Shorts
Source:
Constraint calls (weekly founder interviews)
Length: 30 seconds–3 minutes
Format:
Vertical (9:16)
Channels:
Instagram + Ravi Abuvala YT Shorts + Tik Tok (one file, cross-posted)
Your volume: 2 per day
Type 2
Constraint Mids
Source:
Same constraint call as your Shorts
Length: 2–8 minutes
Format:
Horizontal (16:9)
Channel:
Scale With Ravi You Tube (regular upload)
Your volume: 2 per day
Type 3
Trial Reels (separate role)
Source:
Non-constraint content (masterminds, back-catalog, podcasts)
Length: 30 seconds–3 minutes
Format:
Vertical (9:16)
Channel: @raviabuvala Instagram only
Note:
Produced by our trial-clipper tier — not part of the main Content Clipper role
Your daily math: 2 Constraint Shorts + 2 Constraint Mids = 4 unique pieces produced per day
. Each Short is cross-posted to 3 platforms, each Mid to 1, so your 4 pieces become 8 platform posts. You’re paid $15 per unique published video — $60/day, up to $1,800/month at full volume.
Across the whole account (both main clippers + trial clippers) we produce 12 unique pieces / 20 platform posts every day — but this role owns 4 of them.

The Content LibraryYou won't need to create anything new. The raw material already exists — a lot of it.
You Tube Back-Catalog
415+ published videos covering marketing systems, sales, paid ads, lead quality, and scaling service businesses. Years of deep, specific content that hasn't been touched yet.
Masterminds & Course Content
Dozens of hours of implementation sessions, group coaching calls, and course recordings packed with tactical frameworks and business diagnostics.
New standalone You Tube videos drop every week — fresh source material on top of the back-catalog, ready to clip immediately.
Critical Constraint Calls (Weekly)
Every week, Ravi interviews a founder live for one hour — diagnoses their constraint on camera, maps out a solution in real time. The highest-performing clips on the channel.

What the Job Looks LikeThe workflow is the same every day. You have AI tools and a library of examples to guide every decision.
Watch the source material and identify one strong 2–8 minute moment for the long clip, and 1–2 moments for shorts. We have Claude Long Clipper and Short Clipper projects that analyze transcripts to help you find strong moments — but you should be able to spot a great clip on your own too. Every strong moment has the same shape: problem clearly stated → diagnosis → solution lands completely.
Use whatever video editor you're comfortable with. Cut every unnecessary word, pause, and tangent — then go tighter. The goal is the most information-dense version of the moment that still flows naturally. Clean the opening (no “so,” “uh,” or mid-thought starts) and end on a complete thought. Add captions. For shorts: also add a one-line text overlay that appears in the first 5 seconds — this is the hook line and will double as the You Tube title and Instagram caption.
No fancy animations needed.
For the medium clip: write 2 title options. For each short: write one overlay line (the text shown on screen in the first 5 seconds — this is also the caption and You Tube title). Keep it punchy, plain, one sentence.
Export 16:9 for long clips and 9:16 for shorts. Deliver files and titles for upload. Once published, you get paid.
Tools: Use whatever video editor you want. We use Descript internally — but if you have a preferred tool, that's fine. We also have Claude Long/Short Clipper AI projects you can use to analyze transcripts and find strong…
