As a Showroom Associate, you’re the face of Bloch Miami. You’ll welcome dancers, families, and teachers into the showroom, help them find exactly what they need, and learn the art of professional shoe fitting. If you live and breathe dance, or simply love helping people feel confident and cared for, this is a role where your passion shows up in your work every day.

Flexible scheduling makes this a great fit for dancers, teachers, and students balancing training, performing, or classes.

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fittings
• Learn professional fitting techniques for ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and contemporary footwear (full training provided)
• Support checkout, returns, and special orders at the POS
• Keep the showroom looking beautiful—restocking, tidying, and refreshing displays
• Help with fitting events, pop‑up shops, and studio partnership days
• Share honest, knowledgeable product guidance drawn from your own dance experience
• Pitch in on inventory counts and receiving shipments
• Occasionally travel in state for fittings, account visits, and industry events

• Current or former dancer, dance student, or dance teacher strongly preferred
• Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with people, including young dancers and their parents
• Reliable and detail‑oriented
• Available for weekend shifts and some weekday afternoons/evenings
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—will train you
