Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the podcast room.
- Set up and test cameras, microphones, lighting, and other AV equipment.
- Record podcast episodes and ensure high-quality audio and video.
- Coordinate and organize podcast files and content.
- Prepare and share finished podcast content for distribution across relevant platforms.
- Capture photo and video content using smartphones and professional camera equipment.
- Support brokers and sales teams with property, testimonial, social media, and promotional content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes and event content as needed.
- Assist with content shoots from setup through production and file delivery.
- Edit short-form videos, social media content, reels, interviews, and other marketing assets.
- Organize footage, photos, and final assets into clearly structured content folders.
- Maintain an organized library of raw and edited content.
- Prepare content in appropriate formats and specifications for different platforms.
- Provide technical and AV support for webinars, presentations, virtual meetings, and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist with setup, testing, recording, and troubleshooting before and during productions.
- Support AV needs for internal and external events.
- Manage and maintain the content shoot calendar.
- Coordinate shoot logistics with brokers, sales, marketing events, and other internal teams.
- Track upcoming content needs and ensure shoots are scheduled accordingly.
- Report regularly to the Marketing & Events departments on upcoming shoots, completed content, and outstanding production needs.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in video production, content creation, AV, social media, or a related field.
- Comfortable operating cameras, microphones, lighting, and basic AV equipment.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Familiarity with editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file management.
- Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical and AV issues.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating closely with marketing, events, and sales teams.
- Flexible and comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends for events or special productions.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video/content work is preferred.
