Creative Director & Social Media Producer — Luxury Real Estate & Hospitality

A fast-growing luxury commercial real estate and hospitality brand in Miami Beach is hiring a Creative Director & Social Media Producer to build and run its in-house creative function, reporting directly to the founder.

This is a builder's role with real upside. You'll set creative direction, shoot and edit content yourself (with dedicated shooters supporting you), and own day-to-day growth of two Instagram accounts — the brand's and the founder's personal profile.

. Compensation includes a base of $125,000–$150,000 plus a per-follower growth incentive designed to meaningfully reward performance.

• Lead creative direction, concepts, shot lists, and scripting for all photo/video — Instagram-first
• Personally capture content on iPhone and professional cameras; direct shooters when deployed
• Edit in-house (pacing, sound, text, color) or direct third-party editors
• Use AI daily across content, graphics, captions, and scripting — and set the brand's AI toolkit
• Manage Instagram, Linked In, and Facebook end to end: posting, Stories, graphics, captions, DMs
• Run influencer collaborations and book talent, creators, and crew for shoots

• You've built something of your own — a personal Instagram, You Tube channel, or brand grown from zero. Your own accounts are your portfolio.
• 5+ years in social content and creative direction, ideally for luxury, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands — with genuine fluency in luxury aesthetics
• Native command of current Instagram culture: trends, formats, audio, pacing
• Advanced AI proficiency — bring specific examples of AI-made content and a point of view on tools
• Comfortable working directly with a founder, moving fast, and owning outcomes

Full-time, in-office 4 days/week in Miami Beach (1 remote). Miami-based preferred; relocation considered for exceptional candidates. The first few months are an intensive build phase.
