Production Operations at Televisa Univision is looking for a Teleprompter Operator to join our team!

Responsibilities include operating a Teleprompter and working closely with the production staff. The Teleprompter will report to the Production Manager.  YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
· Operate Cue Script teleprompter by loading and running the script while following the talent
· Clean and inspect teleprompter hardware including monitor and reflective glass prior to broadcast
· Change size and color of text
· Deliver scripts to set
· Check closed captioning of recorded or live broadcast if necessary
· Perform other related duties as assigned  YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)
· Associates Degree in Television Production or equivalent work experience
· Working knowledge of computers and Windows operating systems
· Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
· 1-2 years of experience with live studio broadcast
· Comfortable with all aspects of the production
· Perform well under pressure and breaking news situations
· Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent listening skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
· As this position supports a 24x7 operation, candidate must, in addition to being able to work regular hours, have on-call availability, and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed and without advance notice. Additionally, candidate may be required to work on site for extended periods of time to provide coverage in special circumstances, such as, during tropical storm/hurricane  OUR BENEFITS:
