Dispatch Operator

Overview

Our company is a 24 hour Alarm Monitoring Company. We are currently hiring Candidates for the following shift:
Saturday and Sunday 6:00pm to 7:00am and Wednesday and Thursday 2:45pm to 11:15pm. We do provide paid training. The position entails minimal phone work, heavy flow of computer work. We are the first contact for over 20,000 different companies and homes spanning from North Florida to Key West. It is our job to notify Police and/or Fire Departments when an alarm has been activated.

We dispatch the authorities for Fire, Burglary, Panic, Hold-up, Medical and Ambush Alarms, and much more.

• Notify Police and/or Fire Departments when an alarm is activated for Fire, Burglary, Panic, Hold-up, Medical, Ambush Alarms, and related situations.
• Dispatch authorities as needed.
• Perform heavy computer work with minimal phone work.
• Be the first contact for over 20,000 companies and homes across North Florida to Key West.

• Must have your own transportation.
• English is a requirement.
• Bi-lingual and Customer Service experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be available Holidays.
• Paid training provided.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
