Mr. Winter is a Miami-based manufacturer of walk‑in coolers and freezers, supporting food service equipment dealers, contractors, and end users across the eastern U.S. for nearly 50 years. As we continue to grow, we are modernizing how we work, transitioning processes toward AI‑assisted tools and automation to improve customer service, logistics efficiency, and internal workflows. The RoleWe are seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Assistant to support our sales team and customers through order processing, logistics coordination, and daily communication. This role requires strong common sense, ownership, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others, as well as openness to learning and adopting new tools, including AI‑based systems.
What You’ll Do- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process parts orders accurately to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and optimize shipments to improve efficiency
- Support sales follow‑ups and customer communication
- Maintain accurate customer records in Hub Spot (CRM)
- Identify service issues or process gaps before they escape into escalation
- Learn and use AI‑assisted tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and customer experience
- Suggest improvements to workflows, documentation, and internal processes

Who We’re Looking For Experience- 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support
- Experience in manufacturing, food service equipment, or commercial refrigeration is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational habits
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams)
- Willingness to learn new systems, including AI‑powered tools
- Strong common sense and sound judgment
- Curious and proactive; asks “why” and looks for better ways to work
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
- Genuinely cares about customers, teammates, and quality work
