As a Cruise Planner, you will help clients plan and book cruises, provide expert guidance on destinations and itineraries, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide information on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and excursions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
