What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years in software as a customer success, onboarding, or technical support role
  • Loves talking to customers daily (non-negotiable)
  • Is meticulously detail-oriented
  • Thrives in environments with ambiguity and experimentation
  • Wants to build & lead the CS team from 1 to N
What you can expect / What you will do
  • Onboard new customers, from signed contract to live team training
  • Check in with current customers to help answer technical questions and share best practices
  • Help with hiring and training the CS team
  • Work very closely with our founder Alex (currently leading CS)
Location / Timezone
  • Fully remote
  • All of our work happens in American timezones
Compensation
  • $70-$100k base salary
  • 0.1-0.2% equity
  • Employer-sponsored health insurance
  • Unlimited PTO (we work very hard, but unplugged time-off is just as important)
