- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring they understand features and benefits.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, utilizing problem‑solving skills to find suitable solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, billing, and account status to customers.
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and elevate issues to management when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
