Customer Service Advisor​/Cashier​/bank teller

Position: Temporary Teller / Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday (NO weekends)

Availability: Immediate start

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers at the teller line and service desk
• Process a variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic account issues with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balancing procedures
• Promote banking products and services based on customer needs
• Support branch staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Previous experience in a retail banking environment (teller, customer service, or similar role)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service
• Fluent in English & Spanish and comfortable serving a bilingual customer base
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in banking systems or related platforms
• Recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
