Job DescriptionThe CLEAR Sports Ambassador supports our CLEAR members at our stadiums & venues by providing a high‑touch customer service experience. They represent CLEAR's values while delivering excellent service, solutions, and guidance as needed.
What you’ll do:- Verify innate CLEAR members using the CLEAR lane at your designated venue/stadium
- Drive membership enrollments by engaging attendees and educating them about CLEAR benefits
- Resolve attendee/member concerns or inquiries promptly and, when necessary, escalates to higher level
- Balance high volume with high‑quality customer/member experience
- Support members with questions or concerns and escalates any situation in a timely manner
- Function autonomously with integrity, keeping CLEAR customers and partners’ best interests in line
- Communicate effectively and engage potential customers and members alike
- Maintain high volume while ensuring customer experience quality
- Be detail‑oriented with prideundle for self and company integrity
- Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, following protocol consistently
Requires completion of a drug test, airport badging or government‑screening process, and other applicable requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
