Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Sales Focus (Full-Time, In-Person)

Location: Miami, FL

Paid Weekly | Full Training Provided

We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative with a Sales Focus to join our Miami-based team! This is an in-person role where you'll represent leading nonprofit partners at local pop-up events, combining customer engagement with direct sales responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with the public at community and retail events
• Promote and represent nonprofit organizations, clearly communicating their mission and services
• Drive interest and encourage sign-ups or contributions through persuasive, in-person communication
• Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Act as a key on-site representative and assist with event logistics
• Participate in daily team briefings and help foster a positive, energetic environment

• Comfortable initiating conversations with the public in face-to-face settings
• Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor
• A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available to work full-time in the Miami area
