Service department BDC rep

Must have

• Previous experience in a call center and/or BDC (minimum 2 years) is essential; automotive knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers; bilingual abilities are favored.
• Experience in Automotive Service or Sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills are crucial for optimal customer engagement.
• Must be technologically proficient, with solid computer skills and outstanding organizational abilities to manage service opportunities effectively.
• Strong follow-through and follow-up capabilities are required.

• Handle internet and phone service inquiries promptly and assist customers in scheduling service appointments.
• Contact customers to confirm service appointments and special ordered parts.
• Engage with service customers using their preferred communication method (phone, text, email, or in person).
• Acquire knowledge and skills to explain vehicle features and options, and assess service history for upselling opportunities.
