About the RoleAs a Client Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Department by assisting clients and working closely with sales agents to ensure a smooth, accurate, and positive insurance experience. You’ll help process policies, explain coverage, and maintain detailed client records while serving as a reliable point of contact for client questions and service needs.
This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
A Day in This Role- Assist new and existing clients with general insurance information and service inquiries
- Work directly with sales agents to support policy processing and client needs
- Process quotes, applications, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Deliver policies and assist with follow-up and coverage reviews
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service by phone and email
- Respond to questions regarding coverage, eligibility, billing, and claims support
- Maintain accurate client records and follow agency guidelines and processes
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development
- Active 4-40 Customer Service Representative license Required.
- 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling a high volume of calls
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
- High school diploma or GED required
- Compensation of $15 - $16 per hour with eligibility for bonus incentives
