Job DescriptionPark 6 Logistic is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate information handling, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to providing a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding shipments, schedules, and services
- Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer accounts
- Monitor service requests and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
