Job Description

Park 6 Logistic is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate information handling, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding shipments, schedules, and services
  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer accounts
  • Monitor service requests and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed
