Overview
We are NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties. We operate in over 30 markets across the U.S. We are looking for a Front Desk Associate who works well independently and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The pay for this part‑time position is $16 per hour.
Typical DayAs an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you work at some of the most exclusive addresses, being the first point of contact for residents and guests. You will warmly welcome them, monitor the lobby, handle incoming calls, requests, and package/food deliveries, and ensure residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.
Responsibilities- Ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
- Follow property‑specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring efficient distribution to residents.
- Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor or potential homebuyer/renter visits.
- Advise and remind residents and guests of appropriate rules and regulations established by property management.
- Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
- Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
- Maintain a sharp appearance in your supplied uniform.
