Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (Dynamics 365).
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex customer cases.
  • Monitor customer service performance and recommend improvements based on feedback and trends.

Dein Profil /

Ihr Profil
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in office management, customer service, or logistics.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, ERP, WMS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with international shipping and customs (plus).
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Multilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Certifications in logistics, supply chain, or customer service (preferred).
