Flexible Customer Service Associate
The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their Hertz rental. They maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. They ensure that the customer receives world‑class customer service and sales support.
Responsibilities- Consult with customers on Hertz rental services.
- Maximize revenue opportunities by offering products and services.
- Overcome customer objections.
- Deliver world‑class customer service and sales support.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections.
- Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Wages: $15.25 per hour.
Must be at least 20 years old.
- Up to 40% off the base rate of any standard Hertz rental.
