This full-time position is based in Midtown Miami, Florida. As the front desk receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, residents, and daily parkers. You’ll manage phone and email communication, process parking permit changes, and resolve concerns related to customer service. This role is essential to ensure smooth operations and a positive parking experience for all clients and guests.

Principal Responsibilities Manage phone and email communication
Handle parking concerns, including violations and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate data entry for permits, payments, and reporting.
Collaborate with on-site and corporate operations teams to address escalated issues.
Provide clear, professional communication at all times to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
Patient and professional disposition when handling customer concerns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven data entry and administrative experience.
Ability to work 40 hours per week
