Istueta Roofing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our growing operations. This role is critical in managing customer communication, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for homeowners across South Florida.

Position Overview

The Appointment Setter is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives
  • Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer support
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries
  • Accurately input and manage customer data in CRM systems
  • Follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural, professional tone
  • Maintain productivity and performance standards
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of call center or customer support experience scheduling appointments for sales teams is required
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and call center tools is a plus
