Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction:
    Respond to customer inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Policy Assistance:
    Assist in policy updates, ensuring clients understand their coverage and any changes made.

    Accurately maintain and update customer records within our system, ensuring all information is current.
  • Feedback:
    Gather and relay customer feedback to the team to help improve service and client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    1+ year(s) of experience within the insurance industry.
  • Licensing:
    Active insurance license required.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Ability to effectively resolve customer issues in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Customer-Focused:
    Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

    Skills:
