Customer Service Agent
Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands. It is one of North America’s largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing companies.
The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. Responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with vehicle selection, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth rental experience.

Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables, 2801 Salzedo St., Coral Gables, FL 33134.
Base pay: starts at $18 per hour.

Schedules available:
1) Monday–Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday & Sunday: off
2) Monday–Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday & Sunday: off
Responsibilities- Greets and answers customer questions based on each customer’s needs and requests.
- Verifies rental agreement and reservation details.
- Ensures a pleasant, smooth, and efficient handling of rental and return processes.
- Resolves customer issues fairly to maintain loyalty.
- Prepares all rental and return documents accurately.
- Provides local area and service information.
- Reviews rental parameters and confirms accurate return dates.
- Answers telephone in a friendly, helpful, prompt manner.
- Maintains appearance and supplies at the rental counter.
- Minimizes wait times for customers in the queue.
- Continuous job performance improvement through self‑assessment, training, and goal setting.
- Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer‑service, retail, or administrative support experience.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol convictions on driving record in the past five years.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future sponsorship.
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
- Willing to accept $18/hr.
- Available to work the following schedule:
- Option 1:
Monday–Tuesday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., Wednesday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday & Sunday off. - Option 2:
Monday–Tuesday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Wednesday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday & Sunday off.
