Overview
Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Computer savvy;
Knowledge of Auto Parts;
Excellent customer service;
Spanish/English speaking a PLUS; MUST have a great POSITIVE CAN-DO attitude;
Team Player.
- Provides exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely and accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, and services offered.
- Engages with both counter and phone customers to fully identify needs.
- Provides quotes and order information to customers.
- Processes and enters orders in the system using relevant computer software.
- Demonstrates knowledge of products.
- Maintains auto parts knowledge as part of the role.
- Auto parts knowledge is required.
- Must speak Spanish; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Must have a positive can-do attitude and be a team player.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Full-time availability; both Spanish & English communication.
